The door is an important part of the auto interior parts. It is located on the inside of the car door. It is divided into front, rear, left, and right. It varies according to the car system, usually two doors and four doors. These parts are collectively called door panel series.
The vehicle door mould assembly points
1. The assembly of the guide bush and guide pin
For such kind of large vehicle part mould, we usually use high precision CNC machines to process to control the mould precision and tolerance. When installing, using square master to adjust the location of the guide bush and guide pin, then using hammer knocking lightly, at last using screw locking.
2. The assembly of exhaust insert
For this kind of exhaust insert, should lock with screw and then assembly. Can't knock with the hard object directly, should using a nylon glue stick or copper rod to knock lightly.
3. The assembly of speaker mesh insert

Before testing, should connect the power of temperature controller to test the hot runner is normal or not, to avoid problem during mould testing.
7. Reset switch
After installing the reset switch, should use a multimeter to test, to ensure inductive signal after mould restoration.
8. Checking the ejector mechanism after mould assembly

A: You can come to us by flight, bus and bullet train. It's 1.5 hours by flight from Guangzhou to our city. 3 hours by bullet train from Shanghai to our city. 1 hour by bullet train from Ningbo to us.

A: Generally it is 40-60 days for 1st sample. or it is 60-90 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.

A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
