Q:How to go to your factory?
A:You can come to us by flight, bus and bullet train. It's 1.5 hours by flight from Guangzhou to our city. 3 hours by bullet train from Shanghai to our city. 1 hour by bullet train from Ningbo to us.
Q. If i provide you 3d drawing of my product, can you quote the price & make the mould as per the 3d drawing?
A:Yes. DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS and X_T files can all be used to quote price, make mould as per your models
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaples to customer.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Generally it is 30-60 days for 1st sample. or it is 50-80 days for big moulds
Q: Can you help us with the shipmemt of the moulds?
A: Yes. with honor, we have our special shipment company which already cooperate for a long time, we will give you the best price as we can. Also you can ask your own shipping forwarder, we help you do other things. Customer satisfaction is our targe
